Introduction
Welcome to House of Gigi,

By placing an order on houseofgigico.com, you agree to purchase a product subject to the following Terms of Service (the “Terms”). These Terms govern all interactions between you (“the Client”) and House of Gigi.

Article 1 – Definitions

House of Gigi: a business established under Swiss law, operated by Kristina Johnston.

Site: the website https://houseofgigico.com

Client: any individual or entity placing an order.

Products: vintage and decorative objects offered on the Site.

Agreement: any transaction governed by these Terms.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms apply to all orders and agreements unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Article 3 – Products & Information

3.1 All items are vintage and pre-owned, and therefore may show signs of wear, patina, or minor imperfections consistent with age.

3.2 These characteristics are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

3.3 We take great care in describing and photographing each item. However, slight variations in color or condition may occur.

3.4 All products are sold as seen and described.

Article 4 – Prices & Payment

4.1 All prices are in CHF and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

4.3 International customers are responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

4.4 Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Article 5 – Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Orders are processed within 3 business days.

5.2 As many items are fragile, we take particular care in packaging to ensure safe delivery.

5.3 We are not responsible for delays, customs issues, or lost/stolen parcels once shipped.

5.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details.

Article 6 – Returns

6.1 Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

6.2 To request a return, the Client must contact info@houseofgigico.com within this period.

6.3 Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and undamaged.

6.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client.

6.5 Sale items are final and not eligible for return.

6.6 Due to the vintage nature of our products, returns based on visible wear or characteristics described in the listing will not be accepted.

6.7 Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection.

Article 7 – Damaged Items

7.1 If an item arrives damaged, the Client must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

7.2 Photographic evidence of the item and packaging is required.

7.3 Once reviewed, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Article 8 – Liability

8.1 Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

8.2 We are not liable for indirect damages, misuse, or normal wear over time.

Article 9 – Complaints

Clients may contact us at info@houseofgigico.com. We aim to respond within 5–10 business days.

Article 10 – Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with Swiss data protection laws (nFADP). Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 – Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is the property of House of Gigi and may not be used without permission.

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.
Jurisdiction: Geneva, Switzerland.

Article 13 – Final Provisions

If any provision is invalid, the remaining Terms remain in effect.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
