Shipping
Orders are processed in 3 business days and shipped from Switzerland with the carrier of your choice made at checkout. As most of our items are fragile, each item is packaged very carefully with extra protective materials to ensure it arrives to you safely. Shipping is calculated by the weight of your item as well as the size of the shipping box, and may vary from order to order.
House of Gigi provides domestic shipping within Switzerland, using Swiss Post for traceable delivery. International shipping is available by request, and rates will be calculated based upon the individual item. We use mainly DHL for international deliveries.
Returns
If you would like to return item we are happy to accept it and issue a refund. Any return charges fall to the responsibility of the customer. If any of the items are received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being delivered with images of the damages at info@houseofgigico.com.
