1. Enquiry

Please contact us via request form or email with your event date, venue, guest numbers, and the pieces you would like to hire.

A minimum order value of CHF 75 applies to all rentals.

2. Quotation & Payment

A bespoke quotation will be prepared based on your request. Once confirmed, your selected pieces will be reserved for your event date.

To secure your booking, a payment of 50% of the total order value is required.

A final invoice will be emailed to you and can be paid via TWINT or through a secure online payment link. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before collection.

3. Preparation & Logistics

All items are carefully prepared prior to collection to ensure they are ready for your event and are presented in our specially designed storage boxes for safe transport and protection.

Currently available in Switzerland only. All pieces are to be collected from and returned to our showroom in Geneva, Switzerland.

Alternatively, we offer delivery and collection within the Canton of Geneva for a flat fee of CHF 50, subject to availability.

4. Hire Period

All rentals are based on a standard three-day hire period, allowing time for collection, event use, and return. Additional hire days can be arranged and charged accordingly.

5. Security Deposit

A security deposit equal to 50% of the total rental value is required for all orders. The deposit will be refunded after all hired items have been returned and inspected, provided they are received in satisfactory condition.

6. Returns, Cleaning & Damages

When returning your rental, you may choose one of the following options:

• Cleaning Service: A flat fee of CHF 65 will be added to your order, and we will take care of cleaning all hired items.

• Self-Cleaning: All items must be carefully hand-washed before being returned. Dishwashers must not be used. Harsh detergents and abrasive materials should also be avoided, as they may cause permanent damage.

In the event of breakage, loss, or irreparable damage, the item will be charged at three (3) times its rental price to cover replacement costs.

Any applicable replacement or damage charges will be deducted from the security deposit or invoiced separately if necessary.
